Deadline for registering financial and economic information with the Central Bank of Brazil

This is to remind you that September 30, 2021 is the legal deadline for companies that receive foreign investments and have assets or equity greater than BRL 250 million to comply with the Economic and Financial Information Declaration in submitting their financial data related to the base date of June 30, 2021 in the system of the Central Bank, in accordance with Resolution No. 3,844 of March 23, 2010 of the National Monetary Council of Brazil and Circular No. 3,814 of 7 December 2016 from the Central Bank.


If you need our help with this, we should receive the requested documents and information no later than September 28, 2021, to ensure that we will be able to meet the deadline.
